Complete Restoration of Ground Floor Building (in collaboration with civil engineer Mr. Protonotario S. Ioannis). An old traditional olive mill is being turned into a museum, with the aim of reviving it, and making the space accessible to the public, in order to get to know the tradition of the olive tree and to taste the products produced from its fruits.
